Premier is proud to be recognized by Interior Design Magazine as one of its 2026 Rising Giants of Design.

Drawn from Interior Design’s annual survey of the industry’s leading firms, the Rising Giants ranking recognizes Premier among the country’s largest interior design practices. The publication also named Premier one of the ten Rising Giants with the greatest year-over-year growth in interior design fees, with the firm recording the fourth-largest increase among those recognized.

This distinction reflects the continued growth of Premier’s Interior Design practice and the talent, creativity, and commitment of our team. The ability to accurately visualize a space before construction begins, and then deliver that vision in the built environment, is one of Premier's strengths.

These side-by-side images from Premier’s renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Downtown Little Italy showcase the journey from concept rendering to completed guest experience, demonstrating how Premier effectively translated our design vision from concept to completion.

As part of the property's transformation, Premier reimagined the lobby and lobby lounge as bright, welcoming social spaces that reflect the character and energy of San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood. Expansive glazing, natural materials, integrated greenery, and a contemporary biophilic design work together to create an environment that feels both connected to the outdoors and distinctly rooted in place.

From early visualization through project completion, this rendering-to-reality comparison highlights the value of a clear design vision, and the expertise required to bring that vision to life.

Premier is proud to share that our Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown project has earned a 2025 Commercial Property Executive Influence Award, receiving Bronze recognition in the Best Interior Design category.

This latest honor adds to the project's growing list of national accolades and reflects the creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail that shaped every aspect of the guest experience. We are honored to see Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown recognized among the commercial real estate industry's most notable projects and developments.

Premier's interior design vision transformed a long-vacant historic structure into a sophisticated hospitality destination, balancing the building's architectural heritage with a contemporary guest experience. Inspired by the concept of "European glamour meets cowboy swagger," the design celebrates Fort Worth's unique character while delivering the elevated experience expected of the Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts brand.

Congratulations to our Interior Design team (led by Design Director Leslie Gieger Wynne) and project partners on this continued recognition. We are grateful to see this landmark project continue to earn acclaim across the hospitality, design, and commercial real estate industries.

Premier is proud to share that our Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown project has earned a Commercial Property Executive Influence Award, receiving Bronze recognition in the Best Repositioning/Redevelopment Plan category. The 2025 class of winners was announced by CPE earlier this spring.

This latest honor adds to the project's growing list of national accolades and highlights the transformative potential of adaptive reuse and historic conservation. We are honored to see Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown recognized among the commercial real estate industry's most notable projects and developments.

More than a hotel renovation, the project represents the successful repositioning of a long-vacant historic asset into a vibrant 188-key hospitality destination. By reimagining 14 vacant stories within an existing downtown structure, the development demonstrates how thoughtful design and strategic redevelopment can preserve architectural legacy, reactivate underutilized buildings, and create lasting value for owners, guests, and the surrounding community.

This spring, as hospitality professionals from across the industry gathered at HD Expo, Premier was honored to see our own Gale Nall, Senior Vice President of Interior Design, featured in Hospitality Design Magazine's "Voices in Design" series.

The feature highlights Gale's perspective on creativity, inspiration, and the evolving role of interior design in shaping memorable hospitality experiences. Her approach reflects a core belief shared throughout Premier's design practice: the most successful hospitality environments are those that create authentic connections between people, place, and brand.

Adding momentum to the official announcement made during the opening of the 2025 United States Grand Prix, Dallas-based architecture and design firm Premier has officially unveiled its design of the new state-of-the-art trackside clubhouse for THE CIRCUIT, Circuit of The Americas’ (COTA) private member driving club in Austin, Texas. Overlooking COTA’s legendary Turn 1, the clubhouse will serve as the exclusive home for club members’ year-round access to the track and its facilities – not just during race weekends, but every week of the year.

Anchored dramatically to the hillside above Turn 1, Premier’s design will deliver a modern four-story glass and steel structure that projects forward in bold, aerodynamic layers that echo the speed and precision of the movement on the course below. Crowning the design, a luxurious sky deck with dual pools and private cabanas spans the entire building’s top floor, while a gondola station integrated directly into the building’s design offers seamless aerial access for club members and their guests to the pit building and paddock down the nearby finish line straightaway. Angled red structural fins animate the clubhouse’s façade, drawing inspiration from COTA’s iconic Observation Tower and echoing the performance-oriented language embedded in THE CIRCUIT’s logo. Inside, expansive fenestration floods social and dining areas with natural light and wall-to-wall views, creating a dynamic interplay between hospitality and horsepower. The design flows from high-octane spectacle to quiet refuge; while the exterior captures the track’s dynamic energy, the luxurious amenities within offer club members a tranquil and meticulously crafted sanctuary for restoration after a long day on the track.

A new-build development, Premier is providing architectural design expertise, and is also slated to provide interior design and procurement services for the project.
