Well Jan 2020 set a goal to squat double is body weight (140lbs). One pandemic later here is 285lbs (x3). We get people strong (er) and we do it by the smart way! Congrats Ryan!
Really proud of our athlete Martin P (midfielder) who after completing 5 x 45 second sprints on the curved treadmill cleaned 100lbs for the first time. Great way to end the year! Athletes like Martin are proof that consistency trumps all others. CONSTANT EFFORT OVER TIME YIELDS THE GREATEST RESULTS...take that into the New Year with you.

The first 10 seconds speed comes easy and is under control➡️
Then the last 10-15 the pain sneaks in. We are working on accepting the deceleration and the pain that comes with it but staying relaxed as we do. Trust the process this is brave territory and it takes practice and guts. ➡️ That's just what we do
Training is all about progression and more importantly: progressing in the most economical and risk adverse way. Small steps become great achievements if you are patient enough
