At first, my dog Charlie, and our new kittens khaleesi and Ares were SUPER unsure of each other… Terrified, in fact…
Safety isn’t built in a moment.
It’s built in a thousand tiny moments. Repeated exposure. Concistency
A shared space.
A little trust.
A little more trust.
Then one day, this….
The same is true for every dream, every change, every scary new chapter.
Keep showing up long enough for your nervous system to realize you’re safe there.
One day you’ll look back and realize the thing that used to scare you no longer has any power over you at all. And hell, maybe you’ll end up loving the sh*t out of the thing that scared the hell out of you ✨❤️🩹
