No Ego, No Intimidation
I’ve been in enough “hardcore” gyms to know they can feel like walking into someone else’s high school cafeteria—cliques, unwritten rules, and a side order of attitude.
That’s not the vibe here.
You won’t find macho posturing, chest-thumping, or people trying to “win” the workout. You’ll find a room full of adults who are there to train, learn, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.
You’ll also find that the environment is intentionally designed to be welcoming to people who are brand new to the sport.
No one’s expecting you to know the lingo or have perfect form on day one—that’s my job to teach you.
