The studio is brand new, beautiful and squeaky clean.

They use megaformers (which give an incredible workout 💯💪🏼) and the instructors I’ve had so far have all been great.

It’s low impact and easy on the joints, but that doesn’t mean your legs won’t be shaking!

If you are in the Cypress area, I absolutely recommend giving JETSET Pilates a try 💙
