Screen addiction among young children and adolescents is becoming a common issue that many families are struggling with. The pandemic alone has contributed to a surge in screen addiction as children and adolescents turned towards indoor activities. TechConnectReset is a unique program based in the California Bay Area that aims at helping children and families navigate screen addiction through the course of a 4-week workshop. Virginie Goldstein is the founder of this program and will be the lead health professional for the workshop. This workshop is available both in person at the Cupertino office and remote via Zoom.
