Dana is one of about a dozen dogs saved from the euthanasia list. They are stuck in boarding limbo until adopted, or until funding runs out and then sent back to the shelter.

Dana is active & super silly! She's a pit mix with a little bit of hippo. She is about 5-6 yrs, 40lbs. A sweet, social girl who loves belly rubs, ear scratches, and making my people happy. She is friendly with everyone, eager to please, and respond well to commands (especially when treats are involved!). House-trained, crate-trained, and sleep peacefully through the night. She enjoys walks and exploring the world around her, and settles down quickly after playtime.

SOLD: This family home in the desirable Hillcrest area of San Jose did not last long. We secured an off-market offer that our client could not refuse! It allowed her to set the terms she wanted. We negotiated a longer escrow for her giving her time to prepare for her move, including being able to walk away without having to clear out the house which was overwhelming for her. It's emotional process to sell and move after decades, not only for the owner but also the adult kids 😃, especially when memories are involved. It was a pleasure to support the entire family.
