This is day four, and when we build our sunrooms and home additions, we make it to look like it was never attached. It will always look like original home build of your property. That’s what we believe in is making it look like it was always there we specialize in structural and Wow factors every time!!!!! this is just the skeleton of the project!!!! will slowly post to show you the transformation of this build!!!

Well, we started the big sunroom with a fireplace and outdoor living area. This is gonna be a really cool job super excited day three tomorrow we will update.

Super excited about the sunroom and outdoor living space it’s gonna be a nice one in Alpharetta Georgia thank you Roots by Design for this project, it’s gonna be amazing so is the backyard with all the pavers and fire pit and plants to come!!!!!

New Sunroom coming next week we’re gonna break ground 21 x 16 back wall coming out. This is gonna be all windows with a Gas fireplace.  all the interior finishes will be matching inside. We will be reframing the roof lines to accommodate new Sunroom to where it does not look like in addition today for competitive pricing. We do have availability for basement or kitchen or bathroom remodel over the winter time we usually take on two basements or two kitchen and bathroom remodels every winter so we have a spot available!!!! we’re a small company and deliver  the same product. All the painting is finished now we are ready for hardwood floor installation. I finished all the windows yesterday and got the blinds installed today. Also, the new light chandelier looks amazing.

Well finally finish the exterior today. Now we opened up the house wall put in double 12 inch. LVL’s  we are making huge progress environmental health will be here tomorrow to improve concrete footings. Then we can get all of our footings and foundation work done✊🏻

Finally received our piece of granite today !!!!custom dresser build is now complete!!!!
