Softwood Floor Refinishing

Flower Pot Holders. Made out of old pine steps and red oak cut-offs

White oak bench/shelf. Made it out of left over floor boards. The black one I did a few years ago out of 2x4s, I guess we can call it a progression:)

Cutting Board from my backyard firewood. A storm knocked down some trees in our backyard, we cleaned it up and made some firewood, but I always wanted to make something cool out of it...well here it is...black walnut end grain cutting board with a river:)

Workbench/Out-feed table. Making stuff just got a whole lot easier👍

Quick outdoor table with concrete poured countertop. Pretty descent and functional. Retracting table is my favorite part😆

Recessed Shelves. Utilizing some wall space. Had to sacrifice 8 inches of closet space but for a good cause. Not a big fan of mudding, but love myself a good challenge!

My favorite outdoor project! It turned out even better than I had envisioned. The hardest part was filling it with dirt by hand, but it was totally worth it. The memories made sitting with family by the fire and hosting gatherings with friends are priceless!

Simple Fence. Nothing crafty, just to sit between posts😉 Finished with "Ready Seal" stain/sealer. Good stuff, I recommend👍

Stone Accent Wall – I love wood, but stone is pretty cool too… and heavy! This wall added 1,500 lbs (680 kg) of weight, so I had to reinforce it by adding screws to the beams for extra grab. I also ran electrical wiring for the lights and added a dimmer switch. Just like wood, each stone piece is unique, and the pattern never repeats. The cold stone adds a surprising warmth and coziness to the home. Truly a beautiful feature!

Custom home bar. Love this one! It’s not about promoting bad habits, but it definitely looks awesome! Everything, except the countertop, was made from scratch using plywood, pine, and poplar. I finished it with stain, paint, and a clear coat for a sleek, polished look. Cheers!
