We are still in a seller’s market! Existing home inventory continues to sit at an all-time low, and we will likely not see a slowdown in home demand until the later half of the year.

Book recommendation: Country Living Simple Country Wisdom: 501 Old-fashioned Ideas to Simplify Your Life by Susan Waggoner. One pantry tip I found useful: choose square or rectangular containers instead of round ones. They are easier to stack, less likely to tip over, and provide much more storage capacity for the space they take up.

I want to put one of these in my next home!
