Dental Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator
Location: Cu***ng
Position: Full Time Position

Responsibilities:
• Open and manage daily front desk operations
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix, texts, and phone calls
• Fill hygiene using quick-call lists
• Collect payments and verify insurance benefits
• Update patient and insurance information
• Maintain a clean, professional office appearance

Qualifications:
• Dental front office experience preferred
• Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

🚨Temporary Dental Hygienist – Maternity Leave Coverage🚨

A general dental office in the Cu***ng/Dawsonville area is seeking a Temporary Dental Hygienist to cover a maternity leave.

The ideal candidate is a career-oriented, team-focused professional with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and working knowledge of Dentrix software.

We are a private family practice committed to outstanding customer service and high-quality patient care in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Requirements:
• Active dental hygiene license
• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable team player

Our Dawsonville office will be on a delayed start Monday, February 2 starting at 10 am. Our Cu***ng office will run on a regular schedule starting at 8 am on Feb 2.

Our office does plan on being open on Tuesday, January 27 We do want to keep the safety of our staff and patients as priority, so if you do not feel safe getting out, please let us know and we can reschedule your appointment.

We will be closed on Monday, January 26 due to the weather and concern for the safety of our patients and staff. If you have an appointment for this day, our staff will put you as a priority to call and reschedule when we do return to the office.
