SKINCARE MEMBERSHIPS ✨
Both Facial + VIP members can choose from the treatments included in their membership each month or bank their monthly membership value toward an injectable service.

But the benefits don’t stop there. Skincare members also receive:

- An anniversary/birthday gift
- Invitations to members-only events

And if you’re a VIP member, you have one extra perk: if you don’t want to use your monthly treatment, you can gift it to a friend or family member.

HORMONE + WELLNESS MEMBERSHIPS 💉
All four membership options include supplies for weekly injections!

For our Testosterone memberships, in-house monitoring labs every 16 weeks are included. Initial labs are available for an additional cost. The Upgraded Testosterone Membership includes testosterone plus one additional medication, such as B12, progesterone/estradiol or an estrogen blocker, depending on your individual treatment plan.

Something important to know: having labs drawn or refilling a medication automatically re-enrolls your membership for another 3-month term.

CONCIERGE MEDICAL 👩‍⚕️
Our Concierge Membership goes beyond easier access to care. Members receive unlimited messaging with the care team for medically appropriate concerns, while quick phone calls and same-day visit requests are initially triaged by clinical staff to make sure you receive the appropriate care.

Concierge memberships require a 12-month commitment, with 10% off the annual fee when paid in full at enrollment. Laboratory testing is billed separately and is not included in the membership fee.

For our younger members, the school-age through 17 membership requires an accompanying parent membership. Members on Medicare must complete a Medicare opt-out agreement, and anyone being treated with a controlled substance will need to complete a separate controlled-substance patient agreement. Kith & Kin does not offer vaccinations, but we're happy to refer you to your local pharmacy or health department.
