Welp, looks like it’s time for some self practice.
Real talk, Pilates equipment maintenance is sooo important for studio success. I ended up taking a course through so I could do it myself and know how to troubleshoot things at the studios when footbars get stuck, when springs need replacing or squeaks happen lol
I love our little helper learning the ropes alongside me as a business owner.

This week was the last week these two officially taught under roof and it’s bitter sweet.
and have been with us from the start (5 years ago 🤯 ) and have helped make this studio and community so special. They have helped countless clients fall in love with this practice, have supported and mentored teacher trainees, have created an atmosphere of joy through movement and have made my job as a studio owner supremely easy.
They are each growing and building something incredible and we couldn’t be happier, prouder and more excited for what’s ahead. Laura is opening and bringing her Pilates and chiropractic care to all and Danielle is expanding her teaching practice as a classical instructor and developing workshops and continued education for fellow instructors and clients.
This is definitely not goodbye as we will continue to see them, work with them, move with them and learn from them.

We love the classics but variations can be fun to try out and incorporate once’s you feel like you have a hold on the basics.
Posterior chain work but make it more challenging but doing it on the long box, with a light spring and try not to move the carriage….
Tips and tricks like these were all over expo in Jan and the fabulous brought this workshop, sharing knowledge and expertise around movement.
We love to learn around here and can’t wait for more opportunities to continue instructor education and client education with trainings and workshops.
