MAT Program - Multicultural Advertising Training Program

MAT Program opens doors and provides opportunities for multicultural talented college students that may not be available to them otherwise. We do this so that our interns may experience, develop within and, at the end of the day, diversify the advertising industry. By placing interns with industry experts, the MAT Program gives future leaders a unique education through relationship-building and industry-specific knowledge to help them build a career. Since its inception by Jay Chiat (of TBWA/Chiat/Day) in 1992, MAT Program has placed over 500 multicultural interns and helped launch many advertising careers.
