The purpose of the CMLA chapter at Western Carolina University is to support collegiate students who wish to become future teachers of middle level students in grades six through nine, in all teaching specialties.

Hello everyone!! With the holiday season coming up, we will be hosting a Silent Auction at the Lazy Hiker, in Sylva, on December 8th! The baskets that will be open for bidding will be an alcohol basket, cooking basket, movie basket, and a snuggly basket perfect for the winter time!
All proceeds will go towards the WCU CMLA club for our next state conference and to raise funds for any new professional development opportunities in the future.
