Congratulations to our Great 8 Winner, MarLee! 🎉
This week, we focused on the Great 8 trait of Responsibility, and Marlee is a wonderful example of what that looks like here at HPM!
MarLeeconsistently demonstrates responsibility through the way she approaches her schoolwork, treats others, follows through on expectations, and takes ownership of her actions. She can be counted on to do the right thing, even when no one is watching, and she sets a great example for those around her.
We are so proud of MarLee and the positive example she sets for our school! Keep up the great work👏

Please consider making a donation to this program. A lot of the school kids depend on these snacks.
As the new school year begins, we at Hanceville Knapsacks for Kids would like to thank all of you for your continued support of the program. Last year we packed 4500 bags over a 30 week period. The items in each bag averaged $15 per bag. This year we are adding a new way to donate. We now accept donations through cashapp at $knapsacks4
And you can still send donations to :
Hanceville Knapsacks for Kids
C/O Nancy Horton
PO Box 255
Hanceville, Al 35077. We accept any amount you would like to give. If you would like to sponsor a child, $60 will cover one child for a month. $225 covers one semester. And a donation of $450 will pay for one child's knapsacks for the entire school year. Thank you all so much for everything that you do! We look forward to seeing all of our beautiful volunteers very soon.
