Got to brag on my wife real quick. I don’t get on social media a ton now but some things are still worth posting and I can’t help but tell everyone about this accomplishment.

Abby completed her second triathlon on Saturday. For those of you (like me) that don’t know exactly what that entails, it’s a 5k run, 8 mile bike and a 300 yd swim. Second picture is from right after she got out of the pool. Literally could have done a few more miles right then. Doesn’t even make sense to me 😂😂😂. She finished second in female 30-39 year olds. Maybe 12 girls in that category. 120 people in the event. She beat her time from 5+ years ago by 5 minutes and we have a 9 and a half month old.
She’s next level. Lol. So proud of her. You go momma!!

Getting a reminder of some of the beauty in Gods creation this fall with our magnolia tree in the front yard. Just amazing how red it looks even from afar.

Finally got to go out with my nephew Benton and fish the Monday nighter out of Smith Lake Dam. He caught the first keeper and if uncle Matt could’ve culled one more time we might’ve won. It’s been a minute. Felt good to set the hook that’s for sure.

Can’t even tell you how proud I am of the mother my wife has become, how thankful I am that God placed her in my life, and how much much I love these two girls right here. Happy Mother’s Day !!!
