MEET THE TEACHER | FEATURE FRIDAY ✨

Hello, beautiful people! I’m Ronad Mitchell.

I’m a dancer and choreographer specializing in a variety of dance styles, including hip-hop, praise dance, krump, and freestyle. I believe movement through dance has the power to inspire, encourage, and bring people together. Faith and creativity are at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same energy and intention into every class I teach.

I’m excited to step back into the studio and share my love of dance with the next generation. 2 Timothy 1:6 reminds us to “stir up the gift of God which is in you,” and that’s exactly what I hope to help every dancer do. My goal is to create a space where students feel free to be themselves, build real confidence, sharpen their skills, and, most importantly, have fun along the way!

Outside the studio, I’m a husband, father, crossing guard, minister, author, and podcaster. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, listening to music, doing word searches, reading, indoor rock climbing, creating music, and doing all I can to live life to the fullest.

I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your dance journey!

It’s hard to believe how much these dancers have already learned in their first month of dance! We are so grateful for the opportunity to bring The Ballet Bus right to our students’ school and make dance accessible, joyful, and convenient for families.

A HUGE thank-you to Cullman Christian School for welcoming us into your school and giving us the opportunity to teach your students! And thank you to our wonderful parents for trusting us with your dancers and cheering them on along the way.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged in all of our classes. We still have availability in our Hip Hop, Ballet and Gymnastics classes for Next Stop. We kick off September 8th!

FEATURE FRIDAY | MEET THE TEACHER ✨

Hi everyone! My name is Brooklyn Schlosser, and I’m so excited to be a part of En Route Dance Company!

I’ve been dancing since I was 2 years old and have grown up training in classical ballet before expanding into competitive dance. Along the way, I’ve earned multiple 1st place finishes and was a 2026 Alabama State DTU Division Champion. I’ve also had the opportunity to perform as Clara in The Nutcracker and as Kitri in Don Quixote, as well as dance on the Cullman Varsity Dance Team.

My favorite style of dance is hip hop because I love the energy, fun movements, and tricks that come with it!

I absolutely love working with kids and sharing my love of dance with others. I plan to earn my degree in Early Childhood Education, then work towards my master’s in administration, while continuing my dance career throughout college and beyond!

I love having fun, making memories, and dancing any chance I get. I can’t wait to meet all of my dancers and have an amazing season together! 🤍
