So anyone who knows me well, knows I grew up loving “The Golden Girls”. Well about 8 or 10 years ago I came across two of the “real life” Golden Girls. I named them, “Dorothy & Blanch” and started cleaning their houses. Now they’re roommates. Y’all. They crack me up, but are the sweetest! Here’s the text I got yesterday after cleaning their beautiful garden home. I had to share with y’all! ❤️

I walked into a garden today
The fresh aroma filled the air
Everything was oh so clean
Reminded me of Big Daddy’s house

Not a speck of dust could ere be found
The floors were like a mirror
I swore I heard the angels say, a loving soul has been here

They said, she”s. our very best, full of kindness and so giving. We know you love everything she has done. So always be thankful for this woman.

We want to say we thank you. We want you to know we care. It’s true that we’ve been blessed, for our sweet Kayla has been here.

Results from the study** indicated that children are more creative and productive when working in a clean environment. Children spent more time-on-task and were less distracted in the clean room. Additionally, they maintained better focus on completing their activities in contrast to those in the messy room who consistently stopped mid-activity. Children have better quality rest in a clean environment. ❤️❤️

I love taking these pics and looking back at the end of the day and thinking “heck yeah, I did that!” 💪🏼❤️

We live in a “do enough to get by” world. Nobody does ANYTHING extra, with the mentality “that’s not included” or “no one would notice or thank me,so why bother?”

I thought of this as I was cleaning the OUTSIDE windows of a home that I was hired to clean the INSIDE of today, simply because there was very apparent cob webs that I NOTICED and thought WHY NOT? She may never notice or thank me. But it makes ME feel good to do it.
