This month, we recognize and applaud the work of Rachel Hunter, a dedicated BI Project Manager who has been with the company since August of 1999. In her multifaceted role, Rachel excels at constant communication across multiple departments, with clients, and vendors, while also creating and verifying quotes and collaborating with BI’s Client Services and Support teams to ensure smooth installation planning.
