☆1. SUMMER ATTIRE STARTS TODAY:
▪︎ karate t-shirts, belt and karate pants.

▪︎Are you a new student and you do not have a karate t-shirt? No worries! We have shirts at the school for purchase, $35 dryfit. We also are in the final week of a new summer t-shirt sale that ends this Sun 6/14. Pre-order and pre-pay only. Dryfit and poly/cotton blend options available. $25 each.

☆If the student does not have a karate t-shirt, then full uniform should be worn to classes at the school. *but not outside on park days.

☆2.KARATE IN THE PARK STARTS TUES 6/9:
▪︎TUESDAYS ONLY!!!!

▪︎The class schedule is still the same, so park day will happen during your student's regular Tuesday class times.

▪︎PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN AT THE PARK DURING YOUR STUDENT'S CLASS.

▪︎DO NOT WEAR KARATE UNIFORM OR BELT TO THE PARK!!!*
•DO WEAR: karate t-shirt; comfortable pants
shorts or leggings; tennis shoes or crocs.
No sandals or flip flops.
•Tuesday karate at the park will be workout
day. Bring sunscreen, sun glasses, sun
visor, insect repellant, and a water bottle
and any medicines, inhaler, allergy meds,
etc..

▪︎IF the weather does not permit outdoor classes, we will be at the school.

▪︎ Challenge #1:
☆PUSH UPS☆ - students will
commit the entire month of June
to completing their push up goal.
The number of push ups is based
on rank. Students/parents will
log number of push ups completed
each day on the chart at the
school. *push ups completed during
regular classes do not count*
🌞6/8 - 8/31- ☆SUMMER ATTIRE BEGINS☆
▪︎ students are allowed to wear a karate
t-shirt to regular classes along with
belt and karate pants. Karate t shirts
can be purchased at the school. Full
Uniform is required on exam days.
🌞6/9 - ☆KARATE AT THE PARK☆
▪︎Every TUESDAY in June, July and
August we will be having regular
classes at Broadway Park, weather
permitting. Karate t shirt, and closed
toe shoes, or Crocs -- no sandals or
flip flops. DO NOT WEAR KARATE
PANTS TO THE PARK! Shorts, pants
track suit pants, etc.If the weather is
bad we will have class at the school.
