it’s feeling heavy.. i know.. and a lot of us either wanna react or escape… but this is the mission.. the soul and timeline we signed up for..

it’s super crucial to take time to pause, reconnect with yourself and remember who we truly are before we act.. or before we allow the fear or anger to consume us..

now i’m not saying our fear and anger isn’t righteous or valid.. because it is..

but.. we are not here to fall into the same patterns and vibrations of what we want to see fall away.. we must put out what we wish to see amplified..

we are not here to fight against.. we are here to fight for.. fight for what we want to see in the world.. fight for the new earth we all deserve..

so find your place.. bring yourself present.. breath.. remember..

remember the light.. the power.. the love you hold and are capable of creating 💜✨

you are not behind… you are exactly where you need to be.. it’s just the subconscious layers… the stories we’ve created and continue to tell ourselves..

a beautiful day, spent connecting with the water, the land, spirit..

i’ve always looked at water as a place I go to wash away the heaviness.. but The Resonance Chamber by Kristin Wolf reminded me the power within the water.. and how that water flows to everything..

how we can send healing.. coding.. love.. through the water.. just like we would a client..

it was an incredible day.. powerful.. memorable.. intentional 🌊

take time to feel joy.. to embrace the people you care about.. to feel the sun on your skin..

again.. let me stress the importance of duality..

it’s not about turning away from everything happening.. it’s about finding a sustainable balance..

helping where you can without burning out.. taking the time to enjoy the parts of life you can so the weight of the world doesn’t burden you down..

don’t worry.. i didn’t disappear.. i didn’t give up.. i’m doing a lot behind the scenes.. but also taking time to enjoy life 🫶🥰✨☀️ and i hope you all are as well!

it is easy to be consumed by the heaviness, but remember we are here to bring the light to it.. your anger is righteous.. your pain is warranted

keep your eyes on Delaney.. keep your eyes on Dilley.. keep supporting and protecting your neighbors.. keep building community locally..

now is NOT the time to give up.. to go back to “normal”.. now is the time to build a NEW normal.. a new system..

and in the process of the rebuild, please keep the constant reminder.. that you can rise up.. you don’t have to let it pull you down into the low vibrations.. allow the anger.. the hurt.. the dismay.. to fuel you.. to empower you.. not take you out ❤️
