Powder room remodel. New tile floor and wall tile new toilet new vanity and sink new light new mirror new toilet paper holder and a new hand towel hook.

Extended some 2 1/4 inch hardwood that I installed 10 years ago into the living room and hall for this customer. Couple drop in vents and laced in the new hardwood into the old floor.

Changed out the old carpet with some nice 3-1/4” hardwood in the upstairs, new quarter round. Tore out the carpet on the stairs and redid them with the hardwood and a nice white kick plate. Changed out the old chandelier with a new one. Installed a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Installed a new backsplash with a brick layout with some 3x12” tile. Then finally painted all the kitchen cabinets a fresh new white. I also installed all new hardware on the cabinets. Want to give a big shoutout to Jason west for painting the cabinets so I could finish this project in a timely manner and the homeowner’s were very excited to get into there new townhouse.

Custom framed and fit in these IKEA closet organizers in 3 closets. Installed some racks and shelves in. Installed lights in the units. Patched, sanded and painted to match the color in the bedrooms.

This was a very nice high end home in Inverness. I built the pan with a topping/sand mix. Built the curb. Water proof everything. Mosaic tile on the shower floor. 3x6 tile in the shower on a brick joint layout. Hexagon tile on the floor. The curb will be capped with a white Corian top and the niche will also have Corian in it. I will add the pictures when done.

Fixing all the basement walls with stuc-o-lite and drywall mud, sand and paint. Install new flooring throughout with a 22 mm glue down plank. Got to do a bunch of the wall work and drywall with my dad who has been a drywaller for 50 years.

Through back to 1999 when I finished my first design with hardwood. Started with the diamond in the middle then the pin wheel around that then two different border around that, then the diamonds in the corner. Thought I was cool so I started doing push ups lol. Wish it was a better picture but still a good memory.

Customer wanted just enough for his sink to sit on and a little backsplash. Flooring was just some 3x6 tile on a brick joint lay out and the back splash was marble to match the bathroom I did.

She needed rails up to match the other side and for insurance purposes. Quick rails and paint job.
