The past couple years I’ve taken a lot of time off from my passions and work to work on my health and well being and reinventing. I use to feel guilty for taking time away from work or family for myself. This past year I’ve learned how important it really is to make sure to spend time on yourself, it truly makes everything better.

Last nights yoga session with MomentOm Yoga at the The Design Barn I got to see one of my recent refinished pieces. These ladies are such fantastic role models, mentors and just straight up badass babes. I’m thankful for every second I get to spend around them.
