Ready or not, back to school season is upon us!
Backpack safety is often overlooked, but backpacks are too heavy can cause back, neck and shoulder pain which can then lead to poor posture.
When selecting a backpack for your student, be sure to choose a pack that is appropriate in size, has padded shoulder straps with multiple compartments for ease of distributing weight, and if your student is on the petite side, a pack with a chest strap can also be beneficial!
Good luck to all students on their first days of school coming up!
