A good morning Delighters. I recently made a cake and want to share it with you. This is a chocolate cake with a Nutella frosting covered in a dark chocolate ganache and did I mention the cakes also had dark chocolate chunks?! This cake was Delish!! Hope you enjoy!

Hi Delighters! I made these bakery style rice crispy treats recently and they were amazing!! It's a huge chunk with extra marshmallows added in at the end. I'll post the link to the recipe later. Sorry for the picture but enjoy!

Hi Delighters!! I told you to stay tuned for more delights and guess what I have one!! Homemade ice cream sandwiches!!! I used two different types of cookies (sugar cookies and chocolate chip) and two kinds of ice cream (strawberry cheesecake and toffee crunch). I coated the sugar cookies with jimmies and the chocolate chip with turtle crunch sprinkles. These were super simple and I might even make a blog post showing how to make them. I hope you guys enjoy!!

Hello Delighters. I have some bad, yet good news. This past week I have moved down to Jacksonville Florida. I wanted to thank you all for your support and working with me this past year. Matts Delights could not have been what it is without you. I met so many great people, was able to create delights for some many great events and I really appreciate it for letting me be apart of that. Right now I will not be posting as much but please do not unlike Matts Delights because you never know what the future might hold. I accepted a job down here which is why I moved. Do you think Florida will be ready for Matts Delights? Lol. Thank you all again and please stay in touch.

ps. I visited a local cupcake shop and had there Irish car bomb cupcake. It was pretty good!!!

Here are some cupcakes I did this weekend. The one is shaped like the invitation (input a pic so you can see) and the others had the petal flower piped on them. There was vanilla, chocolate and mint chocolate chip. I hope you guys enjoy these!
