Not all real estate transactions are happy. Years ago, I had the honor of selling a home for the mother of one of my high school friends after she had recently been widowed. We sold that home and helped her purchase this townhome in White Hawk. Unfortunately, I received a call a few months ago that she had also just passed away and that the kids needed to sell the home. These situations are very hard. It is very sad to know that someone I had a good relationship and connection with in the past is now gone. I couldn't imagine how hard it is for their children. I am grateful for the opportunity to help this family again, and I pray for peace as they grieve the loss of their mother. Rest in Peace, Robbin.
