We’re hiring a General Manager to lead our Refuge team!
We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused leader with experience in retail, food service, or store management. This role will oversee daily store operations, lead and develop the team, drive sales and profitability, manage inventory, and help create an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, people-focused, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, food service, or store management required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience managing hourly teams
• A track record of achieving sales and operational goals
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
