Flowing Gutters

clogged downspout, gutter was filling up with water and overflowing. The water would fall into the soffits and roll back into the living room of the customer's house had to replace drywall. There was black mold, had to have that HazMat team come out costed the customer $2,700 for the hazmat. little did you know the cause of it was the overflowing gutter flowing right back into the wall in the living room for years. and all it was was a clogged gutter and over the years it was never cleaned and loosened up the nails and or screws from the weight of the debris and ice in the winter and it was not flowing properly anymore. it was a simple $100 repair that ended up costing her $2,700. I stress too anyone that owns a home that has gutters you must clean them and maintenance them make sure they are flowing properly.
