Spray Foam insulation is all worth it!!!

The comfort of your home will truly be the best. It also adds strength to your structure and will lower your electricity bill.
People who talk bad or say negative things about it, (contractors included), know nothing about it and haven't done their research. There's a whole home science you need to learn behind it. . It's not just walking into a house and start spraying. Unfortunately that's what alot of people do and that's when you start having all the issues. So yes, Spray Foam is the Best, but it has to work hand and hand with your AC unit and fresh air system to be 100 percent effective and efficient.
