Congratulations to our very own Timira Welch on being elected as the 2026-2027 Louisiana FFA State Treasurer!

We are incredibly proud of Timira and excited to see the impact she will make across our state, just as she has impacted our chapter. Her dedication, leadership, and passion for FFA have been an inspiration to so many.

Timira becomes the first Louisiana FFA State Officer from Crowley FFA in 8 years and the 7th State Officer in our chapter’s history. This is a tremendous accomplishment, and we know she will represent our chapter, school, and community with excellence.

Congratulations to the Crowley FFA Carpentry Team on placing 3rd in the State! We are proud of the hard work and dedication shown by Christian Menard, Derrick Mendez, Kevin Mendoza, and Ethan Gotte. Great job representing our chapter and community!

Crowley FFA is proud to announce that we have been recognized as a Gold Emblem Chapter for the 2025-2026 school year at the state level in the National Chapter Award Program!

This honor reflects the hard work, dedication, and passion of our members, officers, advisors, alumni, and supporters who continue to make our chapter successful year after year. We are excited to have the opportunity to interview at State Convention for the chance to be named the top chapter in the state of Louisiana.

Even more special, this marks the 9th consecutive year that Crowley FFA has been recognized as a Gold Emblem Chapter. We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment and thankful to everyone who helps make our program thrive.

Congratulations to our Carpentry team who earned 4th place in the Area Competition, and we couldn’t be more proud of their dedication and craftsmanship. Team members include Derrick Mendez, Christen Menard, Ethan Gotte, and Kevin Lopez.

These students have put in countless hours in the shop developing their skills, and it’s paying off. Because of their strong performance, they will be advancing to the State Competition in just 2 weeks!

Today, Crowley FFA had the opportunity to visit the Louisiana State Capitol to advocate for agricultural education and gain a firsthand look at how our state government works. It was a great experience for our members to learn more about the legislative process and the importance of being advocates for agriculture.

A special thank you to Chance Henry for taking time to meet with us, share his experiences, and provide valuable insight into government and leadership. Opportunities like these help prepare our students to be informed leaders and strong voices for the future of agriculture.
