Here's a relief valve that needed to be removed from a pump due to rust buildup causing it to leak. All of the seals and Orings were replaced as well as a complete rust descaling of the valve and inside of the pump area.

Need custom fabrication work done? First Line has you covered. Here’s a custom exhaust being fabricated to accommodate a Plymovent exhaust tip in order to eliminate exhaust fumes being released into the air when the truck is started inside.

Here’s our technician Tim repairing and installing new door hold-opens on the back of an ambulance. Over time & with extensive use, the bolts can wear out into the body and eventually come loose needing replacement. Looking good Tim!
