Everest has plenty of puppy energy and loves to hop around in the backyard like a little bunny. He enjoys his walks, meeting other pups, and playing once he settles in. He’s also very well house-trained and understands “no,” so he balances fun with good manners.

Hops is a male mix breed (possibly Jack Russell Terrier) boy about 2 years old who loves to play fetch and tug of war. Hops is full of energy and friendly with dogs and people. Although Hops is small in stature, he is pretty strong. Hops would fit in with a family who doesn’t mind taking him on walks and keeping him entertained.

Callum is a lover boy! He loves to be by your side and will follow you around the house. He melts into you while sitting close. He loves going for walks and is great in the car. He loves getting his zoomies out and runs laps around the backyard. He is super athletic and his build is on the small side. He gets compliments wherever he goes because he has beautiful eyes. When we picked him up from the shelter he was extremely head-shy and was scared to walk through doorways. He has come along way. He is happy once he knows he is safe. Callum would do best with someone who is home a lot and would prefer to be an only dog. Has some separation anxiety. Would do wonderful in an agility class. He can jump (bounce) high. He has a high prey drive.

Lucy is affectionate, silly, and a bit skiddish. Lucy has tons of love to give and once she gets comfortable is a total snuggle buddy. Don't let the cuddly side fool you because she's also always down for some fetch, with a weakness for tennis balls. She will need a slow introduction to other dogs and should probably live in a cat free home. She wants to be everybody's friend and will show that with a toothy smile.

Sally Sue is still coming out of her shell but, so far, she is a cuddly bundle of energy. She loves to follow you everywhere and nap on your lap ALL day. She's just learning how to play with her foster brother and is beginning to show interest in toys. She is very food-motivated and her "sit" command is coming along nicely. She craves your love and will reward you with thousands of kisses. She's very eager to please! She will need time to decompress for her true nature to come out but, so far, she's the bestest foster baby ever!

Blue and Skeeter are wonderful eager to please velcro dogs. They would love nothing more than to spend the day curled up next to you or out exploring and being active. They have a lot of energy but are just as happy being couch potatoes. They are 7 year old Beagle terrier mixes who were found dumped together as puppies. Blue has been known to be too smart for his brother's own good and is good at distracting him to get the toy or person he wants. Skeeter is just happy to be around his brother and a person who will give him the most attention possible. They've been better with smaller dogs than larger dogs but living with other types of small animals would probably not be the best. Blue needs some help overcoming some resource guarding behavior but is a wonderful dog once he can be reassured there will always be enough for him from now on. These boys are full of love and life and would love nothing more than to have a good pawrent or family to share it with.
