Band Day at University of Illinois was a day to remember! Our students braved the storms, rain, sun, clouds, heat and humidity and put on an amazing show. There were so many pictures opportunities for us! The day starts in the students breaking down into their sections by instruments. There, they get instructions from UOI Band members. Then, they learn where their spot till be on the field for the halftime show. Practice the songs they have learned prior. Also practicing marching on and off the field while the UOI Band is moving around from their parts. This is the first time for many of these students and they all work together to figure it out. It is such a great opportunity for all bands to be here! Then of course, the halftime show itself! Wonderful job Warrior's! Though all the elements delta with today, you all made Crete-Monee proud!! March on!! We will share the link for the show when it becomes available! Thank you to our Directors and parents who helped make today a great day! A very special thanks you to the UOI Marching Band and everyone who made today happen!
