VBS is going to be out of this world!!!

VBS prep is in full swing (Set up begins tomorrow morning at 10am if you'd like to join!). Pastor G has worked so hard to put together some treats for our volunteers. Also, check out the sneak peak in the background parts of our backdrop, thanks to Bro. Danny Dusang's creativity and talent!

By now, many of you have heard that Jeanne May went to be with the Lord on Wednesday. While we praise the Lord that Jeanne is fully healed and walking with Jesus even now, we know how missed she is by all who loved her. Please keep Warren, Pastor G, Ethan, Chazzie, and their family in your prayers as they navigate this time. Jeanne’s Celebration of Life will be at Lakeshore Church on Thursday, June 18th at 11am.

Lakeshore's men went back to Hunt Branch Lakes Retreat Center in Franklinton this past weekend for our annual Men's Retreat...a good time was had by all! We're thankful for the opportunity to step away from the busyness of life, spend time in God's Word, and strengthen relationships with one another. We're already looking forward to next year!

As we head into the summer months, we want to share a few schedule updates with you!

☀️ Wednesday night classes (Foundations, Belonging, and Discovery) will take a break for the summer and will resume in August. However, Pastor Jim's series on Prayer will continue each Wednesday at 7.

☀️Our Open House, originally scheduled for this weekend, has been postponed until July. Rather than a larger event, we're planning a more intimate newcomers gathering where you'll have more opportunity to connect, ask questions, and get to know our pastors and staff. Stay tuned for more details!

☀️Our 25–39 gathering has also been postponed and will be rescheduled in the near future. If you'd like to be notified when the new date is announced, stop by the Connect Desk or contact the church office and let us know!
