GoodPeople is a Baton Rouge-based full-service search and recruiting firm that provides service to a wide range of clients, locally and regionally. The firm was founded in 1987 and initially operated as an independent before joining a national staffing franchise in 1992. In April 2005, we formed GoodPeople and once again operate as an independent company backed by world-class resources.
GoodPeople is not just our company name but reflective of our company principle and the guideline we use to conduct business. We do not just place candidates; we place the best people for the job.
