Pop-Up Trail Maintenance Day - this Sunday 5-31-26 10am-1pm!!

Squeezing in another dirt moving day in May! 🪏 Volunteers needed to help move & shape on Gnarnia. No experience necessary. We provide tools & instructions. Wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring gloves & hydration! 🥾🧤💧

Meet at the ball field parking lot 460 Deverill Street, Ludlow, Ky 41016.

Can’t make it this Sunday? You can join us for our regular trail maintenance day on the second Saturday of the month, June 13!

Sunshine, fresh air, and feel-good movement are back… Wellness in the Park returns this summer in Devou Park ☀️🌿

Starting Saturday, May 2, join us at the Bandshell for free outdoor wellness sessions all season long. Here’s what’s coming in May:

🧘 Saturdays at 10 AM | Pilates with 12th Street Pilates
🌙 Wednesdays at 7 PM | Meditation in Rotary Grove with Sage Yoga Hot
💪 Starting later in May | Sunday sessions at 10 AM with Body Alive
