HUD Community Project Funding (CPF) grants are congressionally directed awards that support local projects with public benefit—such as housing, public facilities, infrastructure and parks. Unlike competitive HUD programs, CPF funding is only available to entities named by Congress in the annual appropriations act.

We assist government agencies and nonprofits throughout the entire CPF process—from congressional requests to grant administration and closeout.

🚨 The FY 2025 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) Notice of Funding Opportunity is now available!

State and territorial emergency management agencies—official government bodies responsible for coordinating disaster preparedness, response, and recovery—can apply between July 28 and August 11 for funding to support planning, training, staffing, and exercises.

These agencies include state-level Emergency Management Agencies (EMAs) and their counterparts in U.S. territories like Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
