A Northern Kentucky native, Henry just finished his junior year at the University of Alabama, where he is majoring in Cybersecurity and is an active member of the Cybersecurity Club.

We look forward to having him back with us for another great summer of gaining hands-on experience!

What an incredible day connecting with teachers and administrators at the Industry Immersion for Educators event! 🍎

We loved hosting two groups of local educators right here in our STEP HQ space. This gave attendees a firsthand look at the workforce outside the classroom, offering a unique opportunity to showcase how regional businesses operate and to discuss the real-world career paths students can take to become the next generation of engineers and innovators.

Thank you to all of our local Covington and Newport educators who joined us, helping bridge the gap between the classroom and the career!

We had a great time hosting the Innovation Realized: Turning AI Strategy into Measurable Impact AI briefing at CSI!

It was an insightful session hearing directly from manufacturers who have navigated the Microsoft AI Co-Innovation Lab and are now seeing measurable results in their operations. Thank you to everyone who joined us to discuss what it actually takes to move from a high level AI strategy to real world impact.
