Tonight at our unit dinner I was presented Life Membership of the Sunbury Unit! Such an honor to receive this & my thanks goes out to my family for all the support & encouragement I receive, and also to all the Orange family across the state for your support! I also thank those from FRV, CFA, VicPol, AV, & those from interstate & overseas for sharing their knowledge with me through the years! This achievement is thanks to everyone I have had the opportunity to interact with as you have helped me become the person I am! Thankyou all!

Many individuals hold the belief that once they attain a certain title or level of leadership, they will automatically command respect and attention from others. However, this is not always the case. Respect and influence are not solely based on one's title or position but are earned through actions, character, and the ability to communicate effectively.
