Out of an abundance of caution, and in accordance with other Archdiocesan programs, Archbishop Hannan’s campus will be closed for all operations tomorrow, including Summer Camp.

What a dino-mite first week of summer camp!

Our campers had a blast kicking off the summer with a week full of adventure, creativity, and fun. From a field trip to Chuck E. Cheese to dinosaur digging, arts and crafts, dance parties, dino races, hopscotch, and so much more, there was never a dull moment.

We loved seeing new friendships form, imaginations come to life, and plenty of smiles all week long.

We can't wait to see what adventures await in Week 2!

Our first week of Hannan Sports Camps is in the books, and our campers have been hard at work learning new skills, building confidence, making friends, and having fun. From volleyball, baseball, soccer, basketball, and cheer, it has been an exciting start to the summer.

Meet Jenn Gesvantner, our new Theater Director at Archbishop Hannan High School!

With more than 20 years of experience in youth theatre programs, Jenn brings an infectious passion for storytelling, student mentorship, and the performing arts to our community. She's dedicated to fostering creativity, confidence, and collaboration both on and off the stage.

Jenn is excited to build on our already vibrant theater tradition while creating meaningful opportunities for students to explore acting, technical theater, stagecraft, and performance. Whether it's through engaging productions or behind-the-scenes work, she believes in the power of artistic expression to help students grow as performers and as leaders.

What makes Jenn special? She stays deeply connected to the local community theater scene, where she continues to perform, direct, and collaborate with regional theater organizations. This real-world experience brings current industry practices and a genuine love for live performance directly into the Blackfriars program.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Earlier this year, Amelia Hontiveros, Sarah Davis, Tyler Reeves, Mia Sheets, Samantha MacMahon, and Deputy Mark dedicated and raised our new American flag on campus. Students also learned the importance and tradition behind properly folding the flag before it was raised for the first time.

As we enjoy this Memorial Day with family and friends, may we never forget the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy each day.

We are thrilled to announce that Father David Doyle's role with Archbishop Hannan High School is expanding to full time ministry as our Director of Catholic Identity, effective June 16, 2026!

Father David brings a deep commitment to faith formation and is a vibrant presence throughout our school community. You'll find him in classrooms, in the chapel, and walking our halls as a spiritual guide and mentor to our students, faculty, and staff.

With Father David on campus full-time, we will be celebrating Mass daily beginning in the 26-27 school year, creating more opportunities for our community to deepen their relationship with Christ. This is exactly the kind of investment in our young people and educators that makes Hannan truly special.
