We love serving our clients, but recent no-shows and same-day cancellations have made it necessary to tighten a few procedures moving forward. Thank you for taking a moment to read!!!

✨ A Friendly Reminder About Appointment Policies & Studio Expectations ✨

To continue providing the best experience possible for every guest, we’re making a few updates and sharing some important reminders.

When you book an appointment with Skin Is In Aesthetics, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We arrive early, prepare treatment rooms, set aside products and supplies, and reserve space in our schedule specifically for your service before, during and after.

Please help us keep things running smoothly by:

• Completing all required intake and consent forms that are sent via email before your appointment.
• Confirming your appointment when reminders are sent.
• Arriving on time (first-time clients should arrive 5-10 minutes early).
• Arriving makeup-free including tinted moisturizers, especially for facial, lash, brow, and tinting services.
• Using our text line or calling the studio if you need assistance with your appointment.
The text line is the appointment confirmation that gets sent to your phone (You can text myself or Jordan directly)

⏰ Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments leave appointment times that cannot typically be filled and impact our ability to accommodate other clients.

Deposits are required for appointments, and no-show or late cancellation fees will be enforced according to our booking policies which are in the forms sent that need to be signed.

Please note that the studio door remains locked until approximately 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to properly prepare for each guest and maintain a calm, private environment.

We love serving our clients and are proud to offer evening and weekend appointments to help make self-care more accessible. In return, we ask that our time and scheduling policies be respected just as we respect yours.
