Spectrum told my client his phones did not work because of our security system. Well the security system has a cellular module, so it’s not even on the telephone service. I broke out my butt-in set and found a bad phone in the master bedroom. Ascent - 1, Spectrum - 0.

Working on the fire alarm system today at Braxton Brewery in Covington and we had to replace a module for the elevator which caused it to go into fireman bypass. The Covington Fire Department came out to reset it for us. They were all sporting the traditional fireman mustaches. Thank you for your service!
