Nice little commercial job we are working on at my real estate office. It’s coming along nice.
Exposed some brick, and an old steel and wood beam.
We had to add a beam and lift the upper floors where someone had removed a wall in the past and not supported it correctly.
Then we added an office in the corner to break the large room up.
Hung new fire rock and repairing the old existing plaster.
It’s going to turn out great!

Nice little basement remodel we started. Small space but we are going to make it count. We fit a full bath in this one. No thanks to plumber that did the rough in for the builder. It’s turning out great. Drywall finisher will be in next week doing his thing. Stay posted for updates, we are going to finish this one all the way out.

Last couple weeks we’ve been extremely busy. This is a new garage project we started.
It’s going to be a 28’x32’ garage with an attic and a covered breezeway. Everything will be finished to match the current homes exterior. Rain got us last weekend but we squeezed it in this morning and just beat the rain. Footer is down. Stern wall and slabs and we will be building in no time.

This is our latest basement we started last Monday. Just over 1000 square feet with a wet bar, a half bath, a bedroom, and some great living space. Very cool little project. My drywall finisher will be in there this week doing his thing and we will be back there next week to finish it out.

Monolithic pour for a 25x40 garage. Over 40 yards of concrete, and it turned out great. Finished and polished out so smooth it looks wet. We will let it cure a few weeks and start building. Stay tuned and keep an eye out for this project.
