We have received many calls and messages regarding the passing of Eunice "Diann" Harding and how volunteers she worked with might be able to help her family right now. We spoke with a family member today, and the family is in need of assistance with covering funeral expenses, and have asked us to help spread the word. There has been a GoFundMe page created to help with the costs, and the link is here if you would like to consider helping. More details of a future service will come at a later date.

It is with a heavy heart that the Be Concerned staff and volunteers inform our shoppers and supporters of the sudden and unexpected passing of one of our dedicated volunteers and former staff members, Eunice "Diann" Harding. Diann was a staple in our thrift store, and many people will remember her by her kind demeanor and willingness to help others. We will post when we learn more about her services. Please keep Diann's family and our Be Concerned family in your thoughts and prayers.

We extend our sincere gratitude to ZoomEssence and Baird volunteers for their adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing priorities during their volunteer session with us yesterday. As a non-profit organization, we frequently encounter shifting needs, sometimes on short notice. Thank you for your flexibility and assistance in completing various tasks, including moving furniture and rearranging shelves in our thrift store, so that we can continue to beautify the store for our customers!
