The biggest lie we believe is that confidence comes first.

It doesn’t.

Confidence is the receipt.

Action is the purchase.

Nobody feels completely ready.
Nobody feels completely certain.
Nobody knows exactly how everything will unfold.

The people who grow aren’t the ones with the most confidence.

They’re the ones willing to move before they have it.

Know your truth.
Trust yourself.
Trust God.

Then move anyway.

What would you do today if you stopped waiting for confidence and started creating it?

Here’s 3 loc NO-NOs that people think are helping:

1️⃣ Retwisting too often
More retwists does NOT mean healthier locs. Constant tension can cause thinning, weakness, and breakage over time.
Most people should wait around 4–12 weeks depending on their loc stage and hair needs.

2️⃣ Heavy creams, waxes & thick conditioners
Locs are literally matted hair… so using products made to detangle loose hair usually causes buildup, heaviness, and residue trapped inside the locs 😭

3️⃣ Bleaching too early or too often
Bleach can weaken and dry out locs FAST if you’re not careful. Colored locs require extra moisture, care, and patience to avoid breakage and thinning.

Healthy locs grow from consistency, patience, and proper care… not overdoing everything 💛🌱

Same thoughts.
Same emotional reactions.
Same habits.
Same environments.
…then wondering why life keeps feeling the same.

Awareness is powerful because once you truly SEE what’s shaping you, you can finally choose differently. 🌱

That’s a big part of why I love gardening and community plant days so much too. Nature teaches you to slow down, pay attention, nurture intentionally, and understand that growth happens through consistency — not force.

If you missed the first one, we’re back again for fall planting season July 25 @12 pm🍂🌱✨

If you missed the first one… we’re back again for fall planting season 🌱🍂✨

July 25 @ 12 pm 🎯

Community Plant Day is returning, and this season we’re getting our hands back in the soil, reconnecting with nature, and growing together again.

There’s something healing about slowing down long enough to plant something with intention. In a world full of pressure and survival mode, this is your reminder that growth still happens naturally — one seed, one lesson, one season at a time.

Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, you’re welcome here. 💚

Come learn, plant, connect, and grow with us. -event

First harvest of the season 🌱

Not just from the garden…
from me too.

Today I realized how many times fear tries to disguise itself as “logic.”
My phone started glitching.
I got a pimple.
My eyebrows looked uneven.
Every little insecurity suddenly got loud the moment I decided I was finally going to post anyway.

Funny how that works.

A lot of us think the hardest part is planting the seed.
But honestly?
Sometimes the hardest part is being seen while things are still growing.

This garden isn’t perfect.
It’s real.
No chemicals. No fake perfection. Just consistency, care, patience, and love.

And maybe that’s what healing looks like too.

I almost let one comment pull me back into fear and survival mode today.
Almost let old emotions convince me to abandon the plan God gave me.

But I caught the pattern earlier this time.

That’s growth.
That’s the real harvest.

Beets. Kale. Lettuce. Cilantro. Green onions. Basil. Dill. Spinach. Peppermint… and a newer version of me that’s finally learning not to shrink every time fear gets loud. 🌿

A lot of of us predict our future by repeating what feels familiar we get stuck in cycles because we’ve lived them so many times they feel normal but many times we aren’t just experiencing the pattern. We are expecting it feeding it with emotion, focus and belief until it becomes, our reality, awareness is where change begins

Task ➡️➡️Catch the thought or pattern in real time , disconnect emotionally and just observe it . The start of a new normal ❤️‍🩹

New Service ?!?!?

Everybody talks about blooming and harvest…
but nobody talks about the seasons where nothing seems to be happening. 🌱

The quiet seasons.
The buried seasons.
The “trusting the process while nobody claps for you” seasons.

But roots grow in silence first.

Some of the most important growth in your life won’t look impressive at first.
It’ll look like resting.
Starting over.
Trying again differently.
Protecting your peace.
Watering yourself consistently instead of forcing fast results.

Not every seed grows the same way.
And not every purpose unfolds on everybody else’s timeline.

So if your journey looks different right now… good. You where never created to be the same.

Tend your inner garden.
Your season is here you just need to give it Attention to see it 🌿
