Village Oaks Retail Center Sells After Years of Strategic Leasing

Bradley Cook, Commercial Realtor, MS, CCIM, and Daniel Cook - Stirling Advisor successfully represented the sale of Village Oaks Retail Center, capping off a multi-year turnaround for the property.

Bradley began leasing the center in 2018, when the asset had just one tenant and had significantly underperformed. Through consistent leasing efforts and strategic tenant placement, the team helped stabilize the property, working through tenant turnover to ultimately secure strong, long-term tenancy across the majority of the center.

With the asset fully leased and income producing, the landlord made the decision to sell, a transaction the team successfully completed this year.

Remembering September 11th: 25 Years

Twenty-five years ago, our nation experienced a day that changed us forever. Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the first responders who ran toward danger, and reflect on the strength and resilience that followed.

Stirling joins communities across the nation in remembering those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and in honoring the courage and sacrifice of the first responders and everyday heroes who answered the call.
