Newton Fire was established in 1968. Today the department has 7 career stations and 80 professional firefighters accompanied by 4 volunteers stations
While providing a multitude of services including fire suppression, emergency medical care, fire cause and investigation, public safety education, or inspection and plan review for code compliance everyone at Newton County Fire Service works diligently to serve the citizens and visitors of Newton County, Georgia.
