This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're honored to be awarded the Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America for the third year in a row! The Bell Seal is the nation’s leading certification for employers committed to employee mental health and well-being. This recognition reflects the supportive, mentally healthy culture we collectively as TiER1 continue to build together!

Last week, a group of TiER1 employees used Service Time Off at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. The team had the opportunity to directly support neighbors in their community by helping families shop for groceries, while also replenishing and organizing food pantry shelves for the days ahead. Their service provided 3,610 meals to 275 people in the Atlanta region.

The strongest partner ecosystems are built on clarity—knowing what drives impact and aligning every motion to it.

That theme showed up consistently at Chicago in sessions led by TiER1ers Michelle Morgan, Ryan Meyer, and Shaun Slattery.

Teams shared that they’re still early in their AI journey—experimenting and exploring where it can create real transformation. At the same time, there’s a growing shift toward more disciplined measurement, focusing on leading indicators tied to strategy and moving away from low-value metrics.

And tying it all together, a return to fundamentals: understanding the economics behind marketplace buying and why customers are increasingly demanding it.

We had a blast celebrating National Take Your Kid to Work Day last week!

We kicked things off by hearing from the real experts - the kiddos - about what they think their parents do.

From there, the kids jumped into four interactive stations where they showed off some seriously impressive thinking:
-Solving Smart Tomato’s “boring meeting” problem with fresh, fun ideas
-Designing a brand new park for the City of Cincinnati
-Spreading kindness by writing and decorating letters for staff at a local children’s hospital
-Stepping into the spotlight with a dress-up and video station
