Comment FLEXIBLE or FERAL.

Most women don't wake up one morning and decide to quit.

They drift.

One missed workout.

One busy weekend.

One vacation meal.

And suddenly they're telling themselves they've fallen off track.

The problem usually isn't the decision.

It's the story we tell ourselves afterward.

You don't need a restart.

You don't need a detox.

You don't need punishment.

You need a way to stay connected to yourself when life gets messy.

That's the skill.

And that's exactly what we're building inside Lifestyle Support Monthly.

Including our new group chat where you'll have direct access to me for support and guidance.

Pick one anchor.
One.
Not ten.
Not a complete overhaul.
One thing that helps you stay connected to yourself.
Protein at breakfast.
A glass of water.
A short walk.
A bedtime alarm.
Small anchors create stability.

Why do healthy habits feel harder in summer? Learn how changing routines, sleep, and structure affect consistency—and what to do instead.

06/10/2026

Summer changes more than the weather.
It changes your schedule.
It changes your sleep.
It changes your cues.
It changes your routines.
And most women never account for that.
Instead they assume they’ve become lazy or undisciplined.
But often the problem isn’t motivation.
It’s that your old system no longer fits your current season.
That’s exactly what I’m talking about in this week’s podcast.
:
If consistency feels harder lately, this episode will make a lot of things click.

One question creates shame.
The other creates solutions.
Which one are you asking?

06/09/2026

Every summer I hear women say:
“I was doing so well and now I’ve fallen off.”
And almost immediately they assume they’ve lost discipline.
But most of the time that’s not what’s happening.
What’s actually happening is that the environment changed.
School schedules disappear.
Travel increases.
Sleep changes.
The structure that was supporting your habits quietly goes away.
And instead of noticing the system changed, we blame ourselves.
That’s why summer feels harder.
Not because you’re failing.
Because the conditions changed.
The habits that worked in March may not work in June.
That doesn’t mean you’re broken.
Read today’s Substack if you’ve been feeling inconsistent lately.

Every summer, women start telling themselves the same story:
"I've lost motivation."
"I've fallen off."
"I need to get back on track."
But what if the problem isn't you?
What if the conditions changed?
Before you criticize yourself this week, ask:
What changed around me?
That's usually where the answer starts.

06/07/2026

The women who create lasting change are not the women with perfect routines.
They're the women who adapt when conditions change.
If you've spent years starting over, maybe this is the skill you've actually been missing.
Inside Lifestyle Support Monthly, we practice this every day.
